MindLab (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) values users’ personal information and does not use it for purposes other than providing test results and improving service quality. This policy explains what information the Service collects and how it processes it.
Information we collect
The service operates based on anonymous identifiers without a membership registration process. We collect the following information voluntarily or through technical means:
- Test responses and test results (result key, score)
- Four weeks input values (date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, classification of positive and lunar calendar) — When stored in the DB, stored in a form that does not identify the individual
- Cookie-based anonymous identifier, access language, device category (desktop/mobile)
- Optional entries: gender, sexual orientation (to improve test accuracy, de-identified)
Purpose of use
The collected information is used to (1) calculate and display test results, (2) improve service quality and recommend content, and (3) compile anonymous statistics for advertising targeting. It is not used to identify or identify individual users.
Retention and Destruction
Test responses and weekly inputs are stored linked to an anonymous identifier for results reproduction and statistical analysis. If the user deletes the cookie or does not access the same device for 12 months, the data associated with that identifier is subject to destruction.
Provided by third parties
The Service does not sell or transfer user personal information to third parties. However, processing can only be entrusted to companies that entrust the infrastructure (cloud, analysis tools) required for operation, and personally identifiable information is not transmitted even when entrusted.

Users may request suspension or deletion of their anonymous data at any time. You can immediately turn off anonymous identifiers by deleting cookies, and if you have additional requests, please contact us using the contact information below and we will process them within 7 business days.
